MakerLab does not require an account and does not ask for personal information to read board guides.
Build Assistant cookie
The Build Assistant stores a single anonymous cookie (ml_uid) so your chat history stays available on your browser. It holds a random ID only — no name, no email. Conversations are kept for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Clearing the cookie removes the link to your history.
AI processing
When you use the assistant, the text you type is sent to Google's Vertex AI to generate a response. Please don't enter sensitive personal data into the chat.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, which may process technical request data (such as IP address and user-agent) for security and delivery, in line with Cloudflare's own policies. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
To request deletion of any stored chat data, email cormsor@gmail.com.
